§ 122-31. Designation as a separate utility.

The wharf and dock properties belonging to the city, together with all additions, improvements or extensions of such properties, and the accumulated income and increments, as acquired by the city, are set apart and designated as a separate utility of the city, to be known as Morgan City Wharves, and to be managed, maintained, operated and controlled as provided in this article.
