§ 118-45. Permits issued under prior ordinances remain in effect.

All persons operating under a certificate of public convenience and necessity issued pursuant to any prior ordinance shall be exempt from the provisions of sections 118-41 through 118-44 to the extent that such person has previously obtained a permit to operate a specific number of vehicles. However, any such persons shall be required to comply with all of the provisions of this article upon it becoming effective.
